Luxury sriracha: fresh fermented red peppers and garlic, honey & extra-aged jun kombucha vinegar.

Most commodity sriracha sauces use bulk pepper mash, distilled vinegar, powdered garlic, and white sugar. We decided to make a sriracha sauce the “Iggy’s way” — ultra premium ingredients, care at every step, and craft fermentation.

We ferment ripe red jalapeño, cayenne peppers, and garlic, then add extra-aged jun vinegar and organic wildflower honey. The result is an elevated, bright, and flavorful interpretation of Sriracha.

Ingredients: peppers (red jalapeño*, cayenne*), water, garlic*, aged jun vinegar*, sea salt, honey*, live cultures. *ORGANIC
